Non-Performance: If Dulaney Mobile fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to factors within our control, a partial or full refund may be issued after a review of the project.
Failure to Initiate Project: If a project has been paid for but no development work has commenced, a refund may be requested within 10 business days from the payment date.
Technical Issues: If there are significant, unresolvable technical issues with the final product that cannot be fixed within a reasonable time frame, a partial refund may be considered at Dulaney Mobile’s discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable:
Deposits or Initial Payments: Any deposits or initial payments made to initiate a project are non-refundable once development work has begun.
Monthly or Annual Maintenance Fees: Fees for ongoing app maintenance, updates, and support services are non-refundable once the service period has started.
Third-Party Services: Any third-party services or integrations purchased as part of the app development process (e.g., hosting, APIs, software licenses) are non-refundable.
